Samantha creates and executes dynamic public affairs campaigns for Fortune 10 companies, coalitions, and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in corporate, executive, and policy communications with expertise in antitrust, finance, and technology issues.
She previously was Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary for International Finance at the Treasury Department and a trusted public affairs advisor to the Undersecretary for International Affairs. Samantha got her start working for U.S. Senator Pat Toomey, where she served in various roles in both the official and campaign offices. Samantha supported the Senator’s efforts in the judiciary portfolio protecting children, enhancing gun safety, and confirming hundreds of judicial nominations including a Supreme Court Justice.
Samantha holds a Master’s in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College.
